By downloading, installing, or using the Blink — One Sec Video mobile application (“App”) you agree to be bound by these Terms (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Cankat Saraç.
Blink lets you capture a one-second video clip each day (or pick one from your photo library), and assembles your clips into a time-lapse year of your life.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blink, or 16 in the European Economic Area unless you have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
You retain ownership of every clip you record. The App stores clips on your device. We do not access them.
You are solely responsible for the legality, appropriateness, and consent status of what you film. You may not film identifiable individuals in private spaces without consent. You may not film minors who are not in your care without parental consent. You may not film in places where filming is restricted by law or by the property owner. You may not film for the purpose of harassing, stalking, or deceiving any person.
If you choose to share a clip through your operating system’s share sheet, you are solely responsible for that distribution and for any third-party privacy or right-of-publicity issues that arise.
You can revoke any permission in OS settings at any time.
Blink is offered free of charge in this version. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in future releases.
The App, including code, design, time-lapse assembly logic, copy, brand, and software, is the intellectual property of Cankat Saraç. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to use Blink to violate any law, capture imagery of others without lawful consent, capture imagery in restricted areas, harass or stalk any individual, or reverse-engineer the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App is uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any specific personal-archiving purpose. You are responsible for backing up your clips through your operating system’s device backup (iCloud, Google Drive) or other means. Loss, damage, or wipe of your device will result in loss of clips. We are not liable for any clip loss.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CANKAT SARAÇ, HIS AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF CLIPS, PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $10, OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cankat Saraç and his affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the App in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including any claim by a person whose image or voice appears in a clip you recorded or shared.
The App integrates with the Apple App Store / Google Play Store. Each is governed by its own terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We may revise these Terms; material changes are communicated via in-app notice. You may terminate by uninstalling.
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Binding individual arbitration under ISTAC, Istanbul, Türkiye, in English. You waive class actions.
Proceedings may be brought in your country of residence.
Proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland as applicable.
Entire agreement. These Terms + Privacy Policy. Severability. Unenforceable parts severed. Waiver. Failure to enforce is not waiver. Assignment. You may not; we may to a successor.
If obtained via Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Cankat Saraç only, not Apple; Apple is not responsible; no maintenance/support obligation; on warranty failure Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); we (not Apple) handle product-liability and IP claims; you represent you are not in a US-embargoed country and not on any US prohibited-parties list; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries.
