By downloading or using Emoji Lane Run (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. The App is provided by Cankat Saraç.
The App provides a memory practice game with local profiles, run history, reports, sharing, optional Game Center features, and optional paid upgrades. The App is for entertainment and personal practice only. It is not a medical, psychological, cognitive, or educational diagnosis or treatment.
Runner’s Mind Plus may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Prices and any trial terms are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple. Cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Purchased features may be restored through the App.
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or abuse the App, its content, or its services, or use it unlawfully.
The App is provided “as is” and may change or become unavailable. Scores, streaks, reports, and practice feedback are not clinical measurements.

If you obtained the App through Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and Cankat Saraç, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as applicable under Apple’s standard licensed application terms.
