By downloading or using Face Recall (the “App”), you agree to these Terms with Cankat Saraç. Face Recall is a memory practice and entertainment game. Its scores, recall index, coach messages, and reports are not medical, cognitive, psychological, or diagnostic assessments.
You are responsible for photos, names, labels, and other material you add to custom packs. You must have the rights and permission needed to use that material. You retain ownership of it. The App does not upload it to us.
Face Recall Pro may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Apple shows the price and trial terms before purchase and handles billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds. Cancel through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Purchases can be restored in the App.
Use the App personally and lawfully. Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, misuse, or use the App or another person’s image for unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
The App is provided “as is” and features may change or be discontinued. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cankat Saraç is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App. Contact cankatsarac@gmail.com for support. Mandatory consumer protections are not excluded.
For an App Store download, these Terms are between you and Cankat Saraç, not Apple. Apple has no maintenance or support obligation and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms as applicable under Apple’s standard terms.
