By downloading or using Feelwheel (the “App”), you agree to these Terms with Cankat Saraç. Feelwheel is a personal emotion-journaling and reflection app for Apple devices.
Feelwheel is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, therapy service, crisis service, or substitute for professional medical or mental-health advice. Its emotion labels, prompts, visualizations, and insights are provided only for personal reflection. Do not delay or disregard professional care because of anything shown in the App. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
You retain ownership of journal entries, notes, photos, voice notes, and exports you create. You are responsible for that content and for having any rights or permissions needed for material concerning another person.
Feelwheel stores journal content locally by default. Optional iCloud sync, Apple Health mirroring, Apple Watch transfer, and user-directed exports use Apple services as explained in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple account, backups, and files you export or share.
Feelwheel Plus may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The App Store displays the current price, billing period, and any trial terms before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds under its rules. You can manage or cancel in Apple account subscription settings, and you can restore eligible purchases in the App. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
Use the App personally and lawfully. Do not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that these Terms cannot restrict.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You are responsible for maintaining any backup you need. Device loss, app removal, disabled or unavailable iCloud sync, or deletion may cause permanent loss of journal content. Review exported files carefully because they can contain sensitive journal text and media.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cankat Saraç is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the App, loss of journal content, or reliance on reflective content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.
For an App Store download, these Terms are between you and Cankat Saraç, not Apple. Apple has no maintenance or support obligation and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms as applicable under Apple’s standard terms. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store rules and terms.
We may update these Terms when the App or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date identifies the current version. If you do not agree with an updated version, stop using the App and cancel any active subscription through Apple.
