By downloading, installing, or using the Glow — Kindness Map mobile application (“App”) you agree to be bound by these Terms (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Cankat Saraç.
Glow lets you record acts of kindness, optionally with a place and a photo. The app keeps your entries private to your device unless you choose to share them.
You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the European Economic Area unless you have verifiable parental or guardian consent.
You own the kindness entries you record. The app stores them on your device. We do not access them.
If you choose to share an entry (e.g., through your operating system’s share sheet), you are solely responsible for what you share, including the privacy of anyone depicted in attached photos. Do not capture photos of identifiable strangers without their consent. Do not share entries that contain identifying details of others without their consent.
You can revoke any permission in OS settings at any time. The app remains usable without them.
Glow is offered free of charge in this version. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in future releases.
The App is the intellectual property of Cankat Saraç. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App.
You agree not to use Glow to violate any law, harass any individual, capture photographs of strangers without consent, or post entries that defame, threaten, or invade the privacy of others.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CANKAT SARAÇ, HIS AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $10, OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cankat Saraç and his affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the App in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including any claim brought by a third party whose image, name, or location details appear in an entry you created or shared.
The App integrates with the Apple App Store / Google Play Store. Each is governed by its own terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. Material changes are communicated via in-app notice. You may terminate by uninstalling.
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Binding individual arbitration under ISTAC, Istanbul, Türkiye, in English. You waive class actions.
Proceedings may be brought in your country of residence.
Proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland as applicable.
Entire agreement. These Terms + Privacy Policy. Severability. Unenforceable parts severed. Waiver. Failure to enforce is not waiver. Assignment. You may not; we may to a successor.
If obtained via Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Cankat Saraç only, not Apple; Apple is not responsible; no maintenance/support obligation; on warranty failure Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); we (not Apple) handle product-liability and IP claims; you represent you are not in a US-embargoed country and not on any US prohibited-parties list; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries.
