By downloading, installing, or using the Pledge mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and trademarks) are owned by Pledge and protected by:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of pledges, goals, and content you create. By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide the service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property, and we may use them without compensation or attribution.
