The App does not operate a backend and does not transmit this content to us.
Apple processes payment, transaction, and subscription information for Sediment Patron or Deep Time purchases. We receive only the entitlement state required to unlock features. Apple may separately process information for App Store distribution and any Game Center or device services you choose to use.
The current version has no account, login, advertising SDK, third-party analytics, Firebase, Supabase, AI relay, or user-data backend. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone recordings, or advertising identifier.
If you export or share an almanac, card, or other material, Apple’s system share sheet sends it to the destination you choose. Widgets and Live Activities are Apple device features; their display and system handling are governed by Apple.
Sediment is a general-audience game and reflection tool, not medical advice, therapy, or a treatment for any condition. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable local age), and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
Local data remains until you delete it in the App, reset it, or uninstall the App. EEA, UK, and California residents may contact us about applicable privacy rights. Apple retains store records under its own policies and legal duties.
