By downloading or using Sediment (the “App”), you agree to these Terms with Cankat Saraç. Sediment is an entertainment and reflection experience. It does not provide medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App may offer Patron, cosmetic, and Deep Time monthly or annual products. Apple displays prices and any trial terms and handles billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds. Cancel an auto-renewing subscription through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Purchases may be restored in the App.
Use the App personally and lawfully. Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the App, its content, or its system integrations.
The App is provided “as is” and may change or become unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cankat Saraç is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

For an App Store download, these Terms are between you and Cankat Saraç, not Apple. Apple has no maintenance or support obligation and is a third-party beneficiary as applicable under Apple’s standard licensed application terms.
