By downloading or using Spot the Swap (the “App”), you agree to these Terms with Cankat Saraç. The App provides visual comparison puzzles, local profiles, challenge sharing, and optional paid features. Scores and brain training feedback are not medical or cognitive diagnoses.
Swap Pro may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The App may also offer consumable coin packs. Apple shows prices and trial terms before purchase and handles payment, renewals, cancellation, and refunds. Cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Purchases can be restored where applicable. Consumable coins are not subscriptions and are not transferable between users.
Use the App personally and lawfully. Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, exploit, or abuse the App, challenge system, or its content.
The App is provided “as is” and may change or become unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cankat Saraç is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Mandatory consumer protections and liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

For an App Store download, these Terms are between you and Cankat Saraç, not Apple. Apple has no maintenance or support obligation and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms as applicable under Apple’s standard terms.
